These are my picks for the trailers that were so epic which basically forced me to see the movie. This doesn't necessarily mean these movies are any good. It just means that that form of art, which is the trailer, made our minds explode with joy! Click on the titles to watch the trailers!
10. Suicide Squad Trailer #1

| Who can forget this trailer? Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody with a whole lot of action, what's not to love. This was the trailer that followed the comic-con one which blew every one's mind. It got non-comic-book fans interested in this movie with a killer soundtrack and cast. |
9. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Trailer #1

| Everyone remembers the first movie. It caught everyone by surprise and ended with a dancing Baby Groot. So, when people saw this one that followed the teaser, they got to see little Baby Groot getting yelled at by Rocket because he kept trying to press the detonate button. Then, it ends with a laugh out loud moment between Star Lord and Drax which will be stuck in everyone's mind come its release. |
8. The Dark Knight Rises Trailer #3

| Next, we have the third trailer for The Dark Knight Rises. Following the two incredible movies before it, this movie had a lot to live up to. This trailer made people lose fear that it would be bad as we saw a terrifying villain with what looks like a broken-down, depressed Batman. This trailer showed us Bane with half of Batman's mask in his hand so we knew something was going to go down. |
7. Godzilla Trailer #1

| This is one of those ones where the trailer is better than the movie. It had a great Bryan Cranston voice-over with some pretty sweet visuals. This movie looked like it was going to be the movie of the year. But, instead Bryan Cranston's character died within the first act and there was not nearly enough Godzilla. |
6. Inception Trailer #1

| This trailer changed trailers as we know them today. It brought that horn that we all love in trailers. The constant drilling sound mixed with mind-bending visuals paved the road for trailers today. |
5. The Dark Knight Trailer #1

| Like the one that followed, this movie had a phenomenal trailer. We got our first look at this new dark and twisted Joker. Then, we also got some pretty cool action on a much larger scale than its predecessor. |
4. Captain America: Civil War Trailer #2

| Some would say that this movie's first trailer was better with Tony saying "So was I." But, this one had all of the drama that the first one had and more! It contained War Machine falling from the sky and appearing to be dead, then ending with our first look at the highly anticipated and all new Spider-Man! |
3. Logan Trailer #1

| Some people may say that this trailer is too recent to put on this list. However, without even seeing this movie, I already feel Logan's despair and anguish. This trailer was beautifully done as Johnny Cash's Hurt plays in the background with both Professor X and Logan looking very old and fragile. |
2. Avengers: Age of Ultron Teaser Trailer

| After the popularity and success of the first Avengers, this movie topped most fans' lists of their most anticipated films of 2015. So, when they got this trailer, it only increased that excitement. James Spader's terrifyingly brilliant voice mixed with some tragic visuals created one of the greatest trailers of all time. |
1. Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice Comic-Con

| While the movie itself may not sit well with people, there is no denying the anticipation people had for this blockbuster. Most of which came from this trailer. This trailer had, in my opinion, the greatest score for any trailer I've seen, a look at Batman and Superman in action, an all new Lex Luthor, and small plot details which got us excited for the face off. Then, after all of that, it ends with Superman ripping off the top of the Batmobile and then they stand facing one another as if they are about to brawl. And, that is why I believe this is the greatest movie trailer of all time! |
